Changing courses

You are enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor's degree, BTS or CPGE and you wish to change direction in the second semester :

1. Create an account on the application
2. Choose the course(s) you are interested in and respect the application dates indicated on the eCandidat application;
3. Submit the requested documents and click on “Submit my application”.

Acceptance will be notified via the eCandidat application by 15 December 2022 at the latest and this information will be provided by telephone.

If you have been selected for a course, you will need to re-enrol with the administration :

• You are currently enrolled in a course at Université Gustave Eiffel :

You don't have to do anything. The General Tuition Department will modify your administrative enrolment during the month of January 2023. Your new school certificate can be collected from the General Tuition office (Copernic building - Office 0V100) from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 5pm.

• You are currently registered at another university :

You are currently enrolled in a BTS (Advanced Vocational Training Certificate) or a CPGE (Grande Ecole preparatory classes) :

Please note

• Students already at university and wishing to change courses will be exempted from the enrolment fee on presentation of the school certificate and the payment slip from their previous enrolment.
• Students from BTS or CPGE courses will be required to pay €170 (except for those who have already paid the fees)
