The Equality Mission

The Equality mission fulfills the following tasks:
 

• Leads and supports actions aimed at promoting an inclusive society in the fields of research, training, and cultural life within the university;
   
• Participates in discussions on ways to promote positive developments in human resources, particularly by relying on the institution's social assessment;
   
• Engages in the fight against sexual harassment and sexism;
   
• Develops awareness-raising actions for staff and students to identify best practices in favor of equality and support their implementation;
   
• Helps to give greater visibility to all actions carried out internally and externally by the institution, particularly highlighting initiatives taken by the university's components;
   
• Encourages the implementation of non-sexist communication within the institution, ensuring that administrative forms respect gender diversity;
   
• Promotes the image of an institution concerned with its societal responsibility, especially through the implementation of non-sexist communication in internal and external communication documents.
   

Therefore, it involves support, prevention, training, and communication work.
